Pancake dessert
Mix flour, baking powder, egg, milk, vanilla sugar, and salt to make a pancake batter. Peel the apples, cut them into fine pieces, and stir them into the batter. Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and pour the entire amount of batter into the pan. Distribute the apples evenly and fry the pancake over medium to low heat until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished pancake on a large plate, pat off any excess oil with a paper towel, and cut out discs using small cake cases (cookie cutters) or a suitable glass. Arrange the discs on dessert plates, add a scoop of ice cream to each one, drizzle with honey, and dust with powdered sugar.
