Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 apples
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- e.g. sugar or sweetener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark with the yogurt. Peel and grate the apples. Squeeze the juice of one orange. Peel and slice the banana (of course). Mix everything into the quark and yogurt mixture, stir in the vanilla sugar, and sweeten to taste with sugar or sweetener.
