- 1 persimmon
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Simple, creative
Peel the persimmons, cut them into pieces, place them in a sturdy, tall bowl, and puree them. Pour the natural yogurt into another bowl. Add the crème fraîche and a pinch of cinnamon and mix. In a tall glass, alternate the blended yogurt and the pureed persimmon.
