Microwave Protein Brownie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g chocolate-flavored protein powder
  • 20 g baking cocoa
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g apple puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sweetener or other sweetener
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 10 g coconut butter or other nut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Super fast and delicious

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well. The dough should be relatively thick and sticky; if not, add a little more water or milk. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish, preferably a silicone brownie dish. Microwave at medium-high heat (here, about 500 W) for about 3 minutes.
