Pepper salad with corn

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp herbs, chopped
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
  • ½ can corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Deseed and wash the bell pepper, then slice it into thin strips. Drain the corn. For the sauce, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, diced onion, and chopped herbs in a bowl. Then stir the bell pepper and corn into the sauce and let it simmer for a while.
