Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp apple syrup
  • 1 tsp, heaped agar-agar

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

with the sweetness of apple syrup

Heat the strawberries and orange juice in a saucepan. When the strawberries are soft, simmer the jam for about 15 minutes and let it reduce. Finally, stir in the apple syrup and agar-agar powder. Pour the jam into a jar, seal, and let it cool. Be sure to refrigerate the jam. It will then keep for about a week.
