Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- ½ pack of herbs (8-herb mixture) frozen
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ spring onion(s)
- ½ small onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, finely dice the onion, then halve the spring onion lengthwise and cut it into very fine half rings. Finely chop the garlic, place everything in a bowl, mix well with the 8 herbs, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar, and let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
