Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), ripe
  • some sugar or sweetener
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

very simple plum compote from the bread maker, with few ingredients

Pit the plums, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the BBA. Add sugar to taste and depending on the sweetness of the fruit (I use just a little). Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the plum pieces. Select the jam program and, once the program is complete, fill the jam into twist-off jars while it’s still hot.
