Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 120 g turkey schnitzel
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 pinch(s) caraway, ground
  • 4 tsp oil (soybean oil)

Wash and finely chop the peeled potatoes and broccoli. Rinse the turkey schnitzel under running water, pat dry, and cut into strips. Place the vegetables, meat, water, and caraway seeds in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, puree with an immersion blender and stir in the soybean oil. Serve one portion of the porridge immediately, and freeze the remaining portions in freezer containers.
