Sweet banana porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp banana(s)
  • 2 cookies (butter cookies)
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork and mix with a little warm milk (or breast milk). Crumble the butter cookies into a freezer bag using a hammer or other solid object. (If you have one, use a food processor instead.) Stir the cookie crumbs into the banana puree. You can adjust the amount of ingredients depending on your baby’s age and hunger. Variation: This also works well with sponge fingers, oatmeal, or instant flakes. A spoonful of applesauce also tastes great with it.
