Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • ¾ cup oats (naked oats)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 1 small apple, cut into cubes
  • 3 walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp berries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fresh grain porridge with naked oats

Mash the ripe banana with a fork in a shallow bowl and place it under the spout of a grain mill. Grind the oats very coarsely using the mill. Add 2 tablespoons of berries and the diced apple, mix with the milk, and finally sprinkle the nuts onto the fresh grain porridge. A healthy, delicious breakfast for more vitality is ready!
