Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp whole grain oats
  • 2 tbsp millet flakes
  • ½ tsp flaxseed meal
  • ½ tsp raisins, unsulfured
  • 150 g kefir
  • ½ apple
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sea buckthorn juice, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vitamin C muesli

Mix the flakes, flaxseed, and raisins with the kefir. Wash and core the apple, then grate it into the muesli with the peel. Peel the orange, cut it into pieces, chop it slightly, and add it to the bowl. Season to taste with honey and sea buckthorn juice.
