Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 small apples
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 80 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- Agave syrup or honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Healthy and delicious
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and pat dry. Wash and finely chop the apples. Chop the walnuts. Add everything to the lamb’s lettuce. For the dressing, mix the vinegar with agave syrup (preferably in a shaker) until it reaches a pleasant sweetness. Then drizzle the dressing over the salad.
