with sweetener, simple ingredients, low in calories

Mix all ingredients except the cocoa powder with a mixer. Divide approximately two-thirds of the batter among 8 paper muffin cups. Mix the cocoa powder into the remaining batter and divide it among the cups. Pour the remaining batter into the center of the cups. Bake in an unheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 25 minutes. Filling the cups with the dark batter exactly in the center will make the muffins particularly attractive, with a light exterior and a delicious chocolate filling inside. For a child’s birthday party, decorate the finished muffins with icing and gummy bears or colorful sugar decorations.
