- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), with vanilla flavor
- 30 g protein powder, vegan, neutral

simple and creamy
Simply add a ripe banana, some of the vanilla milk, and the protein powder to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Then add the rest of the milk and blend for about another minute. I’ve finally managed to make a shake where the vegan protein powder doesn’t impart a floury aftertaste, making it as delicious and creamy as it did with whey powder.
