Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 120 ml water
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 170 g sugar
- 120 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
- 130 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- e.g. whipped cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 m.-sized cookie(s) (almond cookies)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Place the sugar, cocoa, butter, water, sour cream, vanilla sugar, and chocolate in a saucepan and melt the chocolate over low heat. Wait until everything is thoroughly melted, stirring frequently if necessary. Then let it cool slightly in a bowl. Stir in the egg, flour, and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. A skewer test would be helpful! Then remove the cake from the pan, cut into small pieces, and place in glasses. Garnish each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and, if desired, with whipped cream and an almond biscuit. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
