Cheese scrambled eggs with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental)
  • ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 6 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the cheese and whisk it together with the chives, eggs, milk, and seasoning. Halve the bacon slices and fry them in a hot pan. Remove the bacon. Add the egg mixture to the pan and let it set over low heat. Arrange on plates and serve with the bacon strips.
