Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g flour
  • 100 ml broth
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 80 g cheese, Gruyère
  • 2 eggs
  • some pepper
  • some parsley
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the flour with the broth, milk, and cream. Let it sit for a while. Whisk the eggs and add them with the cheese. Season with pepper and finely chopped parsley. Heat a little oil in a pan. Pour the pancake batter into the pan in two batches and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a leaf salad.
