- 400 g carrot(s)
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sea salt

First, peel the carrots and core the apple. Coarsely grate the apple and carrots and place them in a bowl. Then add the yogurt and mix everything together. Then, add a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste.
