Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can peas and carrots, 420 ml
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- some fresh parsley, chopped
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- possibly sugar
- possibly feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick, easy and delicious
Drain the peas and carrots. Combine the vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Add a little sugar, if desired. Add the diced onion, peas, and carrots to the dressing and mix. If desired, crumble some feta cheese over the top.
