Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 can/n bulb(s)
  • 1 can/n pineapple, pieces
  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 1 large can/s of tangerine(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 apples, we take green ones
  • 200 ml yogurt, herb dressing
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • 300 ml fruit juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Salad simple but delicious

Don’t let the mixture put you off; it’s simply delicious! Mix the juice from the drained fruit and add to taste. Cut the canned fruit into pieces. Peel the cucumber and apples and also cut into pieces. Mix everything in a large bowl, add the dressing, add the sambal oelek, and dilute with the juice so you have plenty of sauce. It’s best to refrigerate it for 1-2 hours. Be careful with the sambal oelek; if you’re not familiar with it, it’s very spicy; you’ll be in trouble if you just lick the knife afterwards!
