Kohlrabi salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 kohlrabi, finely grated
  • 2 apples, sour, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, combine the cream with lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Peel and grate the apples and kohlrabi. Immediately after grating, add them to the marinade and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and serve.
