Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ piece(s) oak leaf lettuce
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • 80 ml yogurt
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in buttermilk dressing

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Peel and slice the avocado and mango. Mix the dressing ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the oak leaf lettuce on plates or in salad bowls, then arrange the mango and avocado pieces on top. Finally, drizzle with the dressing.
