Quick chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for ice cream or fruit

Mix the powdered sugar with the cocoa. Then stir in the cream. While stirring constantly, add enough cream until the desired consistency is reached. Don’t use too much cream, or the sauce will be too runny. The sauce tastes delicious over ice cream, fruit, or pudding.
