Strawberry-plum jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g plum(s) fresh or from the jar
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 1 pack vanilla flavor (bourbon vanilla flavor)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 4 cl rum
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Wash fresh plums, pit them, and cut them into small pieces. Alternatively, drain pickled plums and cut them into small pieces. Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries. Place the fruit in a saucepan, then add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and preserving sugar and mix well. Bring everything to a boil and cook according to the package instructions. Remove the pan from the heat, add the rum, and stir. Pour the jam into jars and seal.
