Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ciabatta for baking
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
- 100g salami
- 1 cup of cream
- Herbs, Italian style
- Salt

Cut the ciabatta in half and cut into approximately 8 pieces, depending on the size of the bread. Cut the ham, salami, and Gouda cheese into small strips. Mix everything with the sliced mushrooms and cream. Season with salt and Italian herbs (alternatively, you could also use pizza seasoning). Brush the bread pieces with this mixture. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C fan-assisted for approximately 10 minutes.
