  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g salami
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Herbs, Italian style
  • Salt

Cut the ciabatta in half and cut into approximately 8 pieces, depending on the size of the bread. Cut the ham, salami, and Gouda cheese into small strips. Mix everything with the sliced ​​mushrooms and cream. Season with salt and Italian herbs (alternatively, you could also use pizza seasoning). Brush the bread pieces with this mixture. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C fan-assisted for approximately 10 minutes.
