Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 200 ml cream or milk, yogurt or quark
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 70 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

from the ice cream machine

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pour into an ice cream maker. The ice cream will be ready after about 20-30 minutes.
