Peel the bananas and spread a thin layer of mustard over the slices of cooked ham. Wrap a slice of ham around each banana, followed by a slice of cheese. Place the wrapped bananas in a baking dish and bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned. In the meantime, add a portion of rice, such as Basmati rice, season with salt and, if desired, add peas. It goes very well with the bananas. Serve and enjoy.
