Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork (gyros, frozen)
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 package of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream (alternatively sour cream)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 bag of cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the meat and place it in a casserole dish. Cook the rice and pour it over the meat. Layer the buttered vegetables over the rice (reserving the herb butter). Bring the sour cream and cream to a boil in the roasting liquid and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the top and place the herb butter in flakes over the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 35-45 minutes.
