Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 thin peppers, hot (Sivri Biber)
  • 2 thin peppers, sweet (Sivri Biber)
  • 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp, heaped paprika paste
  • 1 tsp, sautéed mint
  • 1 tsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, black
  • 1 tsp, leveled red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp, stratified sumac
  • 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the tomato paste, paprika paste, olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, and all the spices, then add the finely chopped parsley. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, and bell peppers, either with a food processor or a chopping knife. Once everything is finely chopped, combine all the ingredients. Add a little more salt if desired.
