Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n beans, white
- 3 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes
Drain the beans. Peel the onions and finely slice them. Wash and chop the parsley, then add it to the beans along with the onions. Prepare a marinade from lemon juice, vinegar, oil, spices, and sugar and mix it into the beans. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours before serving.
