Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 100 g candied orange peel
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 200 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the dry ingredients, from flour to hazelnuts. Heat the milk and butter until the butter has melted, then stir into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Let the bundt pan rest for a day.
