Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g plums
- 500 g apples
- 125 ml white wine
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp plum brandy
- 3 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 orange(s), untreated, zest
- 3 cloves or 1 pinch of clove powder
- gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with plums and apples
After the pitted plums and peeled and sliced apples have been stewed in the white wine for about 5-10 minutes, the remaining ingredients are added. Simmer everything together for 4 minutes, then pour into jars while still hot. An ideal gift for the Advent and Christmas season.
