Advent smoothie or Advent pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 tsp speculatius spice
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, with almond milk and coconut milk

Peel the bananas and place them in a blender, cutting them into chunks. Add the almond milk (preferably homemade), water, coconut milk, and speculaas spice, and blend for 2 minutes on high. If you want to make pudding (as a dessert or for breakfast), pour the mixture into a container and stir in the chia seeds. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight so the chia seeds can develop a pudding-like consistency.
