Affogato with vanilla ice cream and chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate or 2
  • some walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt 1-2 bars of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Grate or coarsely grate the walnuts. Brew a cup of espresso or very strong coffee and pour it hot over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour the melted chocolate over the chocolate and sprinkle the walnuts on top. This is super quick to make when you’re craving something sweet, and you should always have these ingredients in your house.
