Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bottle of liqueur, 0.5 l (peppermint)
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder, or a bar of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 bottle of condensed milk, approx. 125 ml
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Recipe from GDR times
Add all ingredients one at a time to a food processor. Whisk each ingredient occasionally. I can only give an approximate amount of condensed milk because I don’t remember exactly how much was in the bottle. Finally, pour everything into a carafe or similar bottle and seal it. Once the liqueur has stood for a few days and infused well, it will taste even better.
