Ingredients
- 500 g Quark semi-fat
- 280 large can Peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 kl. Red peeled and chopped red peppers
- 4 Shallots chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 El Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano chopped
- 1 tsp Arrabbiata
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together with salt and pepper, season to taste and let the quark mixture stand for 1 hour to mature.
