Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 280 large can Peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 kl. Red peeled and chopped red peppers
  • 4 Shallots chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 El Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano chopped
  • 1 tsp Arrabbiata
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together with salt and pepper, season to taste and let the quark mixture stand for 1 hour to mature.
