Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 600 ml rapeseed oil
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend the eggs, salt, mustard, lemon juice, chili peppers, and garlic thoroughly with a hand blender. Slowly add the oil until the mixture becomes creamy. Let it sit in the refrigerator.
