Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a tall container with a hand blender. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
