Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 375 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 5 tbsp water
- 200 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), fan oven to 150°C (300°F), gas mark 3-4. Let the cake cool. In the meantime, mix the powdered sugar with the water. Cover the cake with the icing and sprinkle with sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
