  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 90 ml Cream
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest

For covering

  • 60 g Butter
  • 100 g Sliced ​​almonds
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cream

Instructions
 

  • Whip the egg - sugar - vanilla sugar and cream until creamy
  • Mix flour - baking powder - salt and lemon zest and stir in
  • Line the pan with parchment paper. Pour in the batter. Smooth out and bake at 200 degrees in the middle shelf for 10 minutes

Prepare the topping during the baking time
