Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 150 g almonds, sliced

Briefly roast the almonds in a dry pan. Set aside and let cool. Pour hot water into a large bowl, place a smaller bowl inside, and beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar for 10-15 minutes until stiff/stiff. Stir in the almonds and preheat the oven to 120°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place small heaps of the mixture onto the baking sheet using a spoon or similar. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. When the clouds can be removed from the paper, they’re done.
