Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 440 ml milk, hot
  • 160 ml espresso
  • 8 cl almond syrup
  • 8 cl Amaretto
  • 6 biscuits (amaretti biscuits)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine cold milk and almond syrup, froth, and divide between four glasses. Carefully pour the espresso and amaretto into the milk, one at a time, along the rim of the glass. This creates three layers. Finely crumble the amaretti biscuits and sprinkle them over the drink.
