Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cornstarch
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 liter almond milk (almond drink)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g almonds, sliced
  • 30 g chopped pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens. Pour into a shallow dish. Let cool and sprinkle with sliced ​​almonds and chopped pistachios.
