Almond-tomato spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread, can also be used as pesto

Combine the almonds, tomato paste, butter, mustard, vegetable stock, and oil. Peel and finely dice the onion. Press the garlic clove and stir in along with the diced onion. Delicious as a spread on bread or as a pesto over pasta.
