Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some parsley, chopped
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly fry the ham cubes and onion in a pan in a little oil, let them cool, and then add them to the sour cream along with the parsley. Season with salt and pepper. If the dip is too thick for you, you can thin it out with cream or milk. It goes well with baguette, wholemeal bread, or baked potatoes, for example.
