Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 3 gr. can/n cocktail fruits, 800 g each
  • ½ liter rum
  • ½ liter of vodka
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 6 liters of beer (Altbier)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

similar to what used to be available in the gallery in Mannheim, quickly set up, but not to be underestimated

You’ll need a large, sealable bowl. First, mix the rum and vodka with the sugar in the bowl, then stir in the fruit and juice. Let it stand in the refrigerator for two days. Chill the beer thoroughly, then pour about 1/3 of the mixture into the glass and top it up with the Altbier.
