Amadeus Cake
The perfect amadeus cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Chocolate 70% cocoa
- 100 g Extra fine sugar
- 120 g Flour
- 100 g Butter
- 4 Egg white
- 70 ml Mozart liqueur
- 50 g Marzipan
- 50 g Almonds in pens
preparation
- Weigh all ingredients, measure and prepare – melt the butter and chocolate in a lukewarm oven – cut the marzipan into cubes – finally stir the mozart liqueur into the soft chocolate
preparation
- Beat the egg white into firm snow – slowly add the sugar and continue stirring – add the chocolate / liqueur mixture and continue stirring – add lukewarm liquid butter and continue stirring – now manually fold in the flour with a whisk – finally stir in the marzipan cubes and the almond sticks
- Now fill the mixture into a small cake tin and bake for about 40 – 45 minutes at 180 degrees O / U – take out the cake and let it cool on a cake rack
serve and decorate
- Place the top of the cake over the cake and then sprinkle the cake with icing sugar – carefully lift the top of the cake down – my favorite brother then gets a MOZART cappucino …. (smile)
