Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 ml amaranth
- 250 ml millet
- 1 ¼ liters of water
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp, sautéed cardamom
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp, leveled ginger powder
- 250 ml berries, frozen or fresh
- 250 ml ground almonds
- 1 tbsp honey
- some berries or seasonal fruit
- some flax seeds, crushed

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine amaranth, golden millet, raisins, and spices with the water in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the berries and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Stir in the almonds and honey. Serve with the crushed flaxseed and fresh berries.
